All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Prices exclude applicable sales tax, shipping, and handling, which will be added to your order total. Payment must be received before shipment. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full order amount.
4. Orders & Shipping

TRICOPOLYMER products are professional-grade sealants, stains, and finishes. You must review and follow the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and all product instructions before use. Products are intended for external application to wood, concrete, metal, and similar surfaces. Do not:
• Ingest, inhale, or apply to skin;
• Use on food-contact surfaces without verification of food-safety compliance;
• Mix with other products or alter the formulation;
• Use in ways not described in the product documentation.
The user assumes all responsibility for proper use, storage, and handling in accordance with product instructions and applicable safety regulations. Product performance depends on proper surface preparation, application conditions, and environmental factors.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS, PERFORM UNDER ALL CONDITIONS, OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TRISEALUSA LLC BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

9. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

We are not responsible for marketplace policy changes or dispute resolution conducted by the marketplace.
12. Wholesale & B2B Terms
Customers interested in wholesale, bulk, or private-label orders should submit an inquiry via our website. Wholesale pricing, terms, payment arrangements, and delivery schedules will be negotiated separately and documented in a written agreement. Wholesale orders are not subject to standard refund policies and minimum order quantities may apply.
